Bruce Broxterman - President

Bruce Broxterman worked for Richards Industries from 1980 to 1998 moving from Inside Sales Correspondent through the ranks to Executive Vice President of Sales as well as President of International Sales. He returned to Richards Industries in 2005 when he was appointed President. Bruce received a Liberal Arts Degree from Kenyon College and has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU). In 2007, Bruce was part of the 4-person management team that purchased Richards Industries from Gilbert Richards.

Jason Cooper - CFO/Vice President

Jason Cooper has been a part of the Richards Industries team since 1996. After working as the Accounting Department Manager for several years, Jason became Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Accounting and MIS in 2000. He earned his degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. He went on to earn a MBA from Xavier University. In 2007, Jason was part of the 4-person management team that purchased Richards Industries from Gilbert Richards.

Bill Metz - Vice President, Operations

Bill Metz joined the Richards Industries' management team as Vice President of Operations. He has over 28 years of experience in the industrial valve manufacturing arena in a variety of leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations. Bill earned his Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and his Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Xavier University. In 2007, Bill was part of the 4-person management team that purchased Richards Industries from Gilbert Richards.

Charles Page - Vice President of Business Development

Charles Page holds a B.S. from Miami University of Ohio and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He’s a USMC Gulf War veteran who came to Richards Industries in 1996 after 14 years in the Corps having achieved the rank of Major. Charles started his career with Richards Industries as a Buyer and within a short period of time held the title of Vice President, Materials. In October 2005 he took on the position of Vice President, Customer Support due to his leadership, customer relations, and process analysis skills. In 2007, Charles was part of the 4-person management team that purchased Richards Industries from Gilbert Richards.

Cheryl Neiheisel - Vice President, Human Resources

Cheryl Neiheisel earned her Bachelors Degree in Communication Arts from the University of Cincinnati and her Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She began her career with Richards Industries in 1997 as a Human Resources Assistant working her way up to Vice President. Cheryl is very active in the community. She has served as President of the Hyde Park Neighborhood Council and been involved with the Hyde Park Business Association. She has been an active participant in the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and is the co-founder of the Hyde Park Blast, serving as President of their Board. Cheryl is currently serving as the Employer Chair for the PCW Advanced Manufacturing Industry Partnership Team and a member of the Partners for a Competitive Workforce Partners Council.
